"After calling two other roofing companies where I was told it would be 10-14 days before someone could even come out to look at our house, I flagged down Superior Solutions when they were inspecting another roof in the neighborhood. They gave some tips about how to go about contacting the insurance company and then met the adjuster at the house when they made it out a week later. Because of their subsequent follow-ups, they were able to get the insurance company to pay for a handful of repairs they would not have included otherwise. They also sent the guys back out after the job completion to address a couple items noted by an overzealous home inspector when our house went under contract.
I may not have been their favorite customer since I was really pushing his timeline in order to get our house on the market but considering the scope of repairs needed, they got things done quickly.
I hope to avoid any future hail storms and their related roofing jobs but if we do ever need these types of services in the future, I'll definitely call Superior Solutions again." - Marcus R.

"I received five bids for my reroof. Superior Solutions came in the middle of the five bids. The two higher bids was like talking to a used car salesman and the two lower bids couldnt speak english very well. I actually had to do some figures for one of the lower bidders because he wasn't sure of some of the prices on materials. Superior Solutions didnt give me the high pressure sales pitch, just the facts. We had to replace some of the decking and the guys did a great job doing that.
